Wednesday Art Walks in Vail, Jan. 2-April 3 from 3:30 to 5 p.m.
Meet at the Vail Village Visitor Information Center on the top level of the parking structure for a free, guided tour of Vail Village and the public art collection with the town of Vail’s Art in Public Places coordinator. After an introduction to the Colorado Ski & Snowboard Museum, the tour winds its way through the Village with discussions of the history of the Vail Valley, the founding of Vail Mountain and the importance of site-specific art.
